Is posting a project free?
Yes. Posting your project and receiving offers from creators is completely free. You only pay if you decide to accept a specific offer.
How do I know how much it will cost?
Creators set their own prices based on your project description and budget. You'll receive multiple offers and choose the one that suits you best—there's no fixed pricing.
What if I'm not happy with the final result?
Your payment is securely held by Sewi throughout the entire project. The creator only receives the funds once you confirm that you're satisfied with the completed work.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. You pay Sewi, not the creator directly. The creator cannot access the funds until you approve the project's completion.
How do fees work for Clients on Sewi?
You pay the creator's service price plus a platform fee added at checkout. The total amount is always displayed before you complete your payment—there are no hidden costs.
What if the creator misses the deadline or something goes wrong?
You'll have access to Sewi's dispute resolution system. If any issues arise, Sewi will review the situation fairly instead of leaving you to resolve it on your own.
Can I talk to a creator before making a decision?
Yes. You can chat directly with creators through the in-app messaging system before accepting an offer.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project and the creator. You'll agree on the timeline together during your conversation before accepting the offer.
What if I can't find the right category for my project?
You can still submit your project. The "Absolutely Everything" category exists specifically to help Sewi match you with the right creator.
When will the app be available?
The launch is planned for Autumn 2026. By joining the waiting list, you'll be among the first to get access.
Can I be both a Client and a Creator?
Currently, this requires two separate accounts. In the future, we plan to introduce the ability to switch between Client and Creator roles within a single account.
